Business Management Vice President - Internal Audit

Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program deliverables including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Oversee audit plan tracking, issue validation, and resource alignment processes
- Coordinate planning activities, including risk assessments and program updates
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data used in tracking and reporting
- Develop executive-level reporting with clear insights and recommendations
- Standardize reporting processes to ensure consistency across deliverables
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and workflows
- Develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Enhance data models and controls to improve reporting quality and timeliness
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver program objectives and inform decision-making
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 4 years of experience in program management, business management, audit, or a related function
- Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with data automation tools
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to reporting or workflows
- Experience working with data analysis or programming tools
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience in audit, risk, or financial services environments
