This Vice President role sits within Finance & Business Management (F&BM) as a Project Manager supporting the Can I Transact (CIT) program within CIB Markets Controls Management. The role is responsible for leading project delivery, supporting governance initiatives, and driving strategic enhancements to the regulatory and business control framework across Markets businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of projects and workstreams supporting the Can I Transact (CIT) program, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and control objectives.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery.
- Partner with business, technology, and control teams to gather requirements, support solution design, and drive implementation activities.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including the management of risks, issues, dependencies, and controls.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Front Office, Business Management, Controls, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Audit.
- Deliver clear and concise communications, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Support operating model enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives to strengthen control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Extensive experience in project management, business management, controls, technology delivery, or related functions within Financial Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
- Advanced stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience preparing management reporting, presentations, and executive communications.
- Knowledge of CIB products, Markets businesses, and trading workflows is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.

Experience supporting process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
