Key Accountabilities
As a Business Analysis Associate II within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. Key Accountabilities
- Support Operations Readiness planning and execution across migration and transformation initiatives.
- Assist with operational impact assessments, identifying affected teams, processes, and dependencies.
- Track readiness activities and milestones, including training, SOP updates, access, and sign‑offs.
- Support preparation of governance materials, trackers, and evidence for readiness and PVT (Production Verification Testing) decisions.
- Help maintain clear visibility of readiness status, risks, and issues across stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Project, Testing, Data, and Technology teams to ensure alignment to migration timelines.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets from varied sources, utilizing data analytics skills to uncover patterns and provide insightful reporting in support of operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement automation strategies, leveraging systems architecture knowledge to optimize processes and drive efficiency within the department.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful implementation of business strategies.
- Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions that have a direct impact on departmental outcomes.
- Provide coaching to team members, empowering them to take ownership of their work while ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

- Operations readiness and risk‑based project delivery
- Structured execution tracking and stakeholder coordination
- Understanding of client migration governance and operational controls
- Clear, concise status reporting and documentation
- Understand software delivery lifecycle and have skills in industry standard methodologies and related tasks
