As a Payment Lifecycle Associate I within Payments Operations, you will enhance our payment operations framework by streamlining processes, implementing new technologies, and developing operational functions, while managing payment processing across various products to ensure smooth fund transfers and reconcile purchase and sales options, futures, or securities. Leveraging your proficiency in automation, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud awareness, you will ensure the security and efficiency of our payment lifecycle. Your ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and handle conflicts will drive mutually beneficial outcomes, while your strategic planning skills will guide our direction and resource allocation decisions. Additionally, your proficiency in AI/ML will be utilized to solve complex problems and enhance processes, applying your knowledge in market product and process improvement to optimize our operations.

Job responsibilities
  • Analyze end-to-end payments lifecycle performance (e.g., volumes, exceptions, rejects/returns, STP rates, aging/backlogs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting packs, presentations for senior stakeholders, translating complex operational data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain scorecards/KPIs and performance monitoring routines to measure service quality, efficiency, and risk indicators.
  • Use skills and systems to source, cleanse, reconcile, and blend data; create repeatable workflows to improve accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in standard tools to enable self-serve insights and executive-level monitoring.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Risk/Controls, and Technology stakeholders to clarify data definitions, resolve data quality gaps, and align on performance interpretation (without driving system changes).
  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint materials for operating reviews and leadership readouts, including concise commentary, visuals, and decision-ready takeaways.
  • Manage work deliverables with strong project management discipline, including prioritization, timelines, stakeholder alignment, meeting coordination, action tracking, and proactive risk/issue/dependency management.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, or operations
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of payments, treasury services, and cash operations.
  • Technologically savvy
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and presentation software.
  • Collaborative, energetic, and results-oriented team leader.
  • Data analysis skills: trend analysis, root-cause analysis, and ability to convert ambiguous questions into measurable metrics.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint with strong executive storytelling (clear narrative, clean visuals, and decision-focused summaries).
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools to build intuitive dashboards and performance monitoring views.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Project management skills for managing multiple deliverables: prioritization, timelines, meeting facilitation, and action/risk/issue tracking would be an added advantage
  • Experience in project management or operations within financial services or payments.
