At JPMorganChase, our CoBrand & Partner Card business is scaling fast — and how we organize, operate, and work together is just as critical as what we build. We are looking for a strategic operator to transform how our organization runs from the inside out. If you are energized by designing operating models, driving efficiency, and enabling new ways of working, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Job Summary

As a Vice President, Product Transformation Strategy in the CoBrand & Partner Product team, you will lead the transformation of how our organization is structured, operates, and communicates. You will design and refine operating models within the team and across partner teams, drive organizational efficiency, and enable new capabilities — including AI — across our internal operations. This is a role for someone who blends strategic thought leadership with hands-on execution, and who is passionate about making a complex organization run better, faster, and smarter.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve the organizational structure and operating models within the team and across partner teams to improve how work gets done
  • Drive organizational efficiency initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve how the team operates
  • Enable AI and new technology across internal operations to improve the consistency, quality, and efficiency of communications and program management
  • Own and manage business reviews end-to-end — synthesizing performance, risks, and progress into compelling narratives that tell the organization's story to senior stakeholders
  • Define and manage team operating rhythms and cadences, including leadership meetings, offsites, and town hall preparation and delivery
  • Lead executive and stakeholder communications, creating materials that drive alignment and engagement across partner and product teams
  • Improve internal communications and drive organization-wide engagement to keep the full team informed, aligned, and motivated
  • Provide strategic thought leadership on organizational design and transformation while remaining hands-on in the details required for successful execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of special transformation projects that are critical to organizational success and fall outside standard team scope

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, business management, strategy, financial services, or product management
  • Direct experience in organizational transformation, process improvement, organizational design, or cost-reduction initiatives — ideally within a consulting environment
  • Proven track record managing complex programs and driving change within large, matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement operating models and organizational structures
  • Ability to translate executive vision into clear, actionable transformation plans
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills — able to craft compelling business narratives for executive audiences
  • Experience designing and managing organizational operating cadences such as business reviews, town halls, and leadership offsites
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into operational details to drive execution
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand and interpret organizational efficiency and financial metrics
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for adopting new technology, including AI tools, to improve the efficiency and quality of internal operations

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Management consulting experience focused on organizational transformation, operating model design, or efficiency and cost-reduction programs
  • Experience in consumer financial services, card products, or a partner/co-brand business
  • Experience designing and rolling out AI or automation solutions across internal operations
  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with employee engagement strategy and internal communications programs
