You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.

As a Product Manager in Purchase and Pay, you own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platform and API products that power regulated financial services at scale.

Job responsibilities
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for one or more technical / platform products, balancing customer value, business impact, and regulatory obligations.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clearly scoped epics, technical requirements, and measurable success criteria.
  • Make and defend value based build decisions, sequencing, and trade-off decisions with data.
  • Partner with engineering on system design, API ,data models, and integration patterns; own the "what" and "why" while engineering owns the "how."
  • Author and maintain API specifications, data requirements, and interface definitions that downstream teams depend on.
  • Understand non-functional requirements — latency, availability, scalability, security — and hold the product to them.
  • Manage releases through the firm's change-management and control gates.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory, audit and internal control requirements from design through production.
  • Partner with Risk, Operations and Process Leads to embed requirements early rather than retrofitting them.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, engineering, design and data partners.
  • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and status clearly to both technical teams and senior leadership and influence without authority across a large, matrixed organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including technical / platform / API products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with engineering on architecture, API design, and data contracts.
  • Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle, agile delivery, and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience defining requirements and success metrics, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to move fluidly between technical detail and executive summary.
  • Experience delivering in a regulated environment with formal controls and change management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industry.
  • Working familiarity with regulatory and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern prototyping and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., API tooling, design-to-code workflows, AI coding assistants) to accelerate discovery and validation.
  • Technical background or degree (CS, engineering) or equivalent demonstrated technical depth.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
