Job responsibilities:

1. Track industry development trends and pay close attention to regulatory agencies and factor market dynamics;

2. Lead and be responsible for the entire process of innovative products and complex products, including the writing of product plans and research reports, feasibility analysis, regulatory communication, etc., to promote product progress and implementation;

3. Suggest product development based on market opportunities, customer needs, company resources, etc., and be responsible for new product development, competitive product analysis and product life cycle management;

4. Cross-departmental coordination, coordinate internal and external resources, promote product and project progress.

Requirements:

1.10-15 years or more of product strategy and product development experience in leading public fund companies;

2.Familiar with the overall development of the large asset management and mutual fund industry, and have a deep understanding and judgment of market/product development trends and business opportunities;Rich experience in regulatory communication, not limited to CSRC, exchange, PBOC, CFETS, SZSE and CFFEX;

3. Rich experience in the demonstration of new regulations and the implementation of innovative products, able to independently write product innovation plans and complete regulatory communication, and good at identifying and catching innovation opportunities;

4.Have rigorous logical thinking skills, solid research skills and analytical ability, and can independently undertake complex products and innovative product projects;

5.Excellent cross-departmental coordination ability to promote new products/projects.

任职要求：

1、具备10-15年及以上头部公募基金公司产品研发和产品策略工作经验；

2、熟悉大资管及公募基金行业整体发展状况，并对市场/产品发展趋势，以及业务机会有深刻的理解及判断；丰富的监管沟通经验，不限于证监会、交易所、人行、 CFETS、 上清所、中金所等等；

3、同时具有丰富的参与新法规论证及创新产品落地经验，能够独立撰写产品创新方案并完成监管沟通，善于发现并捕捉创新机会；

4、具备严谨的逻辑思维能力，以及扎实的研究功底和分析能力，能够独立承担复杂产品及创新产品项目；

5、优秀的跨部门协调能力，推动新产品/项目落地。
