As an Executive Director, Human Resources Business Advisor (HRBA) in Human Resources, you are a leader and strategic partner, responsible for driving the people agenda and enabling business success through innovative, data-driven, and future-ready HR solutions. This high-impact role collaborates with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to shape and execute strategic priorities, deliver exceptional employee experiences, and foster a culture of inclusion, growth, and performance. You are expected to anticipate workforce needs, champion change, and implement HR products and technologies that support both current and future business objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to co-create and execute a people strategy aligned to business goals, applying strong business acumen to advise on org design, restructuring, and change management to support continuity and agility.
  • Lead data-driven workforce planning, talent forecasting, and scenario modeling; anticipate workforce impacts from strategic shifts and proactively address evolving talent needs.
  • Drive the performance and talent management cycle, including succession planning, leadership development, and skills transformation.
  • Provide individualized coaching to managers and emerging leaders, leveraging data and AI insights to design personalized development journeys and match talent to opportunities
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of HR products, digital solutions, and technology-enabled processes across the business unit, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business leaders to deploy and scale innovative solutions.
  • Champion the integration of emerging technologies (including AI and automation) to optimize HR service delivery and enhance the employee experience.
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret workforce metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable, evidence-based recommendations, including modeling the ROI of HR interventions.
  • Present compelling data stories to influence business decisions and embed people insights across functions.
  • Orchestrate holistic employee experience initiatives that blend digital and physical elements to foster engagement and belonging, while monitoring sentiment through continuous feedback mechanisms and pulse surveys.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, partnering with leaders to shape a values-driven, purpose-led culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on all people matters, partnering with Employee Relations and HR Legal on complex and time-sensitive cases.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels, ensuring transparency, credibility, and integrity in all interactions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a large-scale, complex organization; experience supporting senior leadership and advising on strategic people topics.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence business leaders at all levels on employee-related decision-making.
  • Experience in project management, process improvement, and change implementation across multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical, quantitative, and technical skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment and navigate across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based culture, with a commitment to diversity, opportunity, and inclusion.
