Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes; Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, Receivables Management.
- Prepare balance sheet substantiation and support reconciliations (e.g., accruals, deferred revenue, intercompany).
- Deliver detailed analytical reporting to business managers and senior finance leadership.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- 5+ years of related finance, accounting, or reporting experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in either Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- CA /CPA / MBA Finance candidate preferred.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage working towards rigorous deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel, plus Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal control concepts.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- ERP experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and strong general ledger familiarity.

- Experience supporting card products, Card & Connected Commerce, or comparable consumer finance businesses.
- Effective stakeholder management—provides clear status updates and responds promptly.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between discussion and execution across multiple projects.

Join the Card & Connected Commerce Controllers organization if you are a driven analytical thinker with a solid intellectual curiosity interested in working with many disciplines across the organization. As an Associate in the Card & Connected Commerce Controllers team, you are responsible for the accounting of Revenue and Receivables. You will be analyzing card-linked offer performance data, applying revenue recognition standards, generating invoices, inter-company transfers, and managing receivables. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be critical to this role as you independently research variances, perform data mining, and review reports. You will also frequently collaborate with our Sales, Business Operations and Finance teams, and work in an active environment that is closely connected to an evolving business and gain a broad understanding of the overall Card & Connected Commerce P&L.
