As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst within Operations, you drive high-quality local regulatory reporting and help strengthen the control environment cross the reporting lifecycle. You partner with stakeholders across operations, business, technology, and control functions to interpret requirements, manage change, and deliver scalable solutions. This role is intended to be for an initial term of 12 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.

The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for preparing local regulatory reports, providing oversight, and leading the regulatory reporting controls agenda across Operations. We focus on accuracy, transparency, and sustainable processes—using automation and strong governance to meet evolving regulatory expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Prepare regulatory reports for Market/Banking business
  • Participate in change management in line with internal/external initiatives.
  • Deliver controlled outcome of Regulatory Reporting successfully

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Original copy of Certificate of Employment Assistance Eligibility [보훈취업지원대상자 증명서]
  • Business analysis skills to drill down the regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Problem solving skills in order to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and ability to deliver outcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Excel/Word

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good at Excel, comfortable with written/verbal English communication
