As an Insurance Servicing Manager – Associate within our Insurance group, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality insurance servicing operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements. You will drive operational excellence through effective performance management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, develop talent, and strengthen controls across insurance servicing activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor daily team performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational targets.
- Oversee insurance servicing activities, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution of deliverables.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for complex process inquiries and escalated operational issues.
- Implement knowledge management frameworks, training programs, and process documentation standards.
- Optimize insurance servicing workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer outcomes.
- Conduct research and resolve escalations by providing actionable recommendations and solutions.
- Prepare management reports, business reviews, and performance updates for leadership teams.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and targeted development initiatives.
- Manage audit readiness, risk mitigation activities, and adherence to controls and governance standards.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Demonstrate a willingness to work North America shift schedules.
- Possess a bachelor's degree and extensive experience in insurance servicing or financial services operations.
- Apply strong expertise in insurance products, servicing processes, and compliance requirements.
- Utilize advanced problem-solving and investigative skills to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Maintain a strong risk and control mindset while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Exhibit proficiency in loan servicing systems, operational reporting, and performance management.
