- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for complex applications and systems
- Enhance and optimize automation frameworks and testing processes to improve stability and reuse
- Translate requirements into reusable test cases/scenarios and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and drive defects through closure
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and testing partners to deliver high-quality releases
- Participate in test automation code reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Mentor junior testers and pilot new tools/techniques to improve efficiency and coverage
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
- Proficient in a test automation programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
- Experience with test management/defect tracking and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jira/TestRail; Jenkins/GitLab)
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (for example, page object model or data-driven approaches)
- Experience with application programming interface testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
- Working knowledge of database validation using structured query language
- Experience documenting and presenting test results and automation approaches to partners
