Join our Human Resource Service Delivery team and excel your career as a Human Resource professional. As a Human Resource Benefits Sr. Professional within the Benefits Administration Team, you will be responsible for processing various SSS and HDMF benefits, including multipurpose loan applications and contribution consolidation. You will ensure the timely remittance of monthly premiums and loan payments to statutory agencies, administer company-provided benefits, and handle invoice payments. Regularly conducting quality checks will be essential to maintain error-free processing. Additionally, you will manage or assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments aimed at enhancing processes, procedures, and functions.
Job responsibilities:
- Process SSS Benefits not limited to contribution payment, salary loan, maternity and sickness applications
- Process HDMF Benefits not limited to multipurpose loan applications and consolidation of contribution
- Submit remittance of monthly premium and loan payments to statutory agencies including submission of monthly reports for posting
- Administer company provided benefits
- Process invoice payments
- Assist in regular quality check of work processed to ensure error-free processing
- Manage or assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed as part of process/procedure/functional enhancements
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 5 years relevant experience in handling Benefits Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
- Responsible for effectively managing clients and/or stakeholders across all levels in the organization
- Works with various HR teams to support Benefits processes, specific projects, reporting, and/or HR efforts as needed
- Updates job knowledge and participate in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining strategic networking, and engaging in developmental tasks and expanded roles
- Great planning, organizing, prioritization skills and is able to work with minimal supervision
