You will bring together product, technology, analytics, and controls partners to deliver measurable outcomes with strong governance and responsible use. If you thrive where mission, scale, and accountability meet, this role is built for you.

As a Data Products Leader in Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Trust & Security, you will own the business governance and lifecycle management of Trust & Security data and deliver curated data products that power operational and analytical use cases. You will set the domain strategy, define authoritative sources and standards, and ensure data quality, controls, and responsible access. You will lead cross-functional teams to ship well-documented, reliable, reusable datasets and metrics with clear service commitments and adoption plans. You will communicate transparently with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and incidents while balancing speed, durability, and control expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Own business accountability for Trust & Security data domains and critical data elements, including authoritative sources, taxonomies, and business rules
  • Establish domain governance forums, decision rights, and escalation paths aligned across producers and consumers
  • Define domain standards for definitions, documentation, retention, permissible use, and quality thresholds
  • Create a multi-year data products roadmap aligned to Trust & Security outcomes and enterprise priorities
  • Deliver curated data products (for example, golden records, event and incident datasets, standardized metrics, entity resolution features, and workflow datasets) with clear charters and consumer journeys
  • Implement data contracts, lineage, metadata, and quality rules to support traceability and reuse
  • Set service-level agreements and service-level objectives for timeliness, completeness, availability, and incident response, including release and version management
  • Drive adoption through discoverability, strong documentation, and self-service enablement where appropriate
  • Lead end-to-end data issue management, including detection, triage, root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and validation of durable fixes
  • Partner with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Operational Risk to enforce least-privilege access, recertifications, monitoring, and segregation of duties
  • Build and develop a team and operating model (roles and responsibilities, rituals, metrics, on-call and escalation, training) that reinforces product thinking and a strong risk-and-controls culture

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BS Degree and 10 years of experience owning enterprise data domains and leading large-scale data initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Proficiency building and operating data products across the lifecycle (roadmap, delivery, adoption, and ongoing support)
  • Demonstrated ability to define and govern authoritative sources, standard definitions, taxonomies, and business rules for complex domains
  • Strong command of data governance, metadata and lineage practices, data quality management, and operational control frameworks
  • Proven experience establishing measurable quality indicators, monitoring, and auditable control evidence for reviews and audits
  • Hands-on capability partnering with engineering teams on reliability, observability, incident management, and remediation prioritization
  • Demonstrated experience designing and enforcing data access governance (approvals, least privilege, recertification, logging, segregation of duties)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across product, technology, analytics, and controls with clear outcomes and accountability
  • Strong executive communication skills, including explaining trade-offs, risks, and decisions under ambiguity
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management across direct and matrix teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience across Trust & Security domains such as fraud, identity and authentication, cyber and security events, disputes and claims, complaints, investigations, and customer protection signals
  • Experience standardizing enterprise metrics and building reusable golden-source datasets across multiple channels and platforms
  • Experience supporting audits, examinations, or material risk remediation related to data, reporting, or customer protection controls
  • Experience setting responsible-use guardrails for advanced analytics, including explainability and traceability expectations for sensitive data
  • Demonstrated success reducing duplicative datasets and improving time-to-onboard new consuming use cases through reusable data products
