As a Data Visualization & Advanced Analytics Program Management Associate Sr in the Data Visualization & Advanced Analytics team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering analytics solutions that enable business stakeholders to make informed decisions through data, insights, and compelling storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using modern analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful analytical solutions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify business needs and define visualization and reporting strategies.
  • Apply data visualization best practices to create intuitive, accurate, and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable analytics outputs.
  • Develop and enhance analytics solutions utilizing SQL, Python, R, and ETL tools.
  • Optimize dashboard performance, refresh schedules, and data processing workflows for improved user experience.
  • Manage multiple analytics and visualization initiatives concurrently while meeting project timelines and business objectives.
  • Administer data access, permissions, and governance standards while ensuring compliance with data management best practices.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data storytelling, presentations, and business recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, automate workflows, and implement innovative analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, analytics, or related data-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Sigma, or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large and complex datasets.
  • Experience using Python or R for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data preparation techniques using platforms such as Alteryx or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets while applying data quality and validation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with Databricks Dashboards or cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis techniques.
  • Experience supporting financial services, banking, or corporate business functions.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data architecture, and information management practices.
  • Experience implementing automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights through compelling visualizations and presentations.
