Join Global Treasury’s TCIO Liquidity Controllers team to help deliver trusted liquidity reporting across EMEA. You will partner with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Technology to strengthen controls, explain variances, and support key initiatives. This role offers meaningful exposure to liquidity frameworks, banking products, and automation opportunities

As a/an Treasury Liquidity Controller Associate within TCIO Liquidity Controllers (EMEA), you will deliver daily and period-end liquidity reporting and quality assurance for EMEA TCIO. You will be responsible for controlling and reconciling key funding and collateral positions, analyzing variance drivers, and partnering with Liquidity Risk, Treasury, and regional controller teams to ensure accurate, well-governed reporting. You will drive process improvements and automation while supporting change initiatives and ensuring timely, audit-ready deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver TCIO EMEA liquidity reporting across daily, monthly, and quarterly cycles, including regulatory submissions (e.g., 6G, US LCR, NSFR, FR Y-15).
  • Perform controls and reconciliations across collateral, money markets, and funding management positions impacting liquidity reporting.
  • Analyze variance drivers and communicate impacts to Liquidity Risk Oversight, Liquidity Management, Location Treasury, and other partners.
  • Execute quality assurance testing for EMEA regional liquidity reporting across lines of business.
  • Partner with NA and APAC TCIO controller teams to provide transparency on funding changes, initiatives, variances, and forecasts.
  • Participate in initiatives impacting liquidity reporting, including NBIAs, system migrations, and monthly release agendas.
  • Perform impact analysis and requirements specification to support reporting and control changes.
  • Support UAT and regression testing to validate reporting outcomes and control readiness.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and global consistency.
  • Coordinate with front office, middle office, technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and well-controlled delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Hold a degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Bring 2 years of experience in liquidity reporting and demonstrate knowledge of banking products (investment securities, money markets, repos, FX).
  • Demonstrate general understanding of a bank balance sheet and funding/liquidity concepts.
  • Apply strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Work independently using initiative and manage deliverables with strong ownership.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office effectively, including strong Excel capability.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Hold an accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
  • Use Tableau and/or Alteryx to support automation, analysis, and reporting enhancements.
  • Demonstrate experience supporting change initiatives, UAT, or system migrations in a reporting environment.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to streamline controls and reduce manual effort.
