Help shape how the next generation begins a lifelong banking relationship with us. You will set the strategy and investment focus for youth, family, and starter segments across the Consumer Bank. You will lead initiatives that strengthen acquisition and onboarding across digital and branch experiences. Your work will influence long-term customer growth and how we win with emerging customer needs.

As the Head of Growth and Onboarding for Youth, Family and Starter in Consumer Bank, you define and execute our multi-year strategy for next-generation customer growth and onboarding. You partner across marketing, product, operations, technology, analytics, and risk functions to align priorities and execute initiatives that improve acquisition, activation, and long-term engagement. You use customer and market insights to guide firmwide decision-making and focus investment where it matters most. You help us deliver a seamless progression from early financial experiences to primary banking relationships in adulthood, while keeping customer needs and risk standards at the center of how we operate.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year growth and onboarding strategy for youth, family, and starter segments aligned to Consumer Bank priorities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve acquisition and onboarding performance across digital and branch channels
  • Analyze customer, market, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies and measurement frameworks
  • Align senior stakeholders across Consumer Bank, marketing, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and analytics to accelerate execution and remove barriers
  • Champion customer-centric innovation and onboarding excellence, ensuring the voice of the customer informs product, business, and operating decisions
  • Own key outcomes including acquisition performance, onboarding effectiveness, market penetration, and segment growth results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience in general management, business leadership, growth strategy, or related roles delivering measurable business outcomes in regulated environments
  • Experience defining and executing multi-year growth strategies tied to customer acquisition, market share, profitability, and customer lifetime value goals
  • Experience owning end-to-end onboarding performance across digital and branch channels, including activation and engagement improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs involving marketing, product, operations, technology, analytics, and risk partners
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to diagnose performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decisions through clear written and verbal communication and well-supported points of view

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience with youth, family, or early-stage customer segments, or businesses with long lifecycle value curves
  • Knowledge of Generation Z and Generation Alpha financial behaviors and expectations
  • Experience serving as a public-facing voice for a business, product, or customer segment
