Drive new business and revenue growth in a fast-paced, client-facing sales role with a strong technical orientation. You will lead consultative sales engagements in Healthcare Payments—owning discovery, shaping deal strategy, and positioning tailored solutions that solve customer needs and win deals.

As a Product Solutions Manager in Healthcare Payments, you are a front-line seller responsible for originating and advancing opportunities with key prospects and existing clients. You will serve as the technical solution lead and voice of the customer—translating business, operational, and integration requirements into end-to-end solution designs, commercially viable proposals, and implementation-ready scope. You will articulate product capabilities and architecture, map workflows and data flows, address security/controls considerations, and drive internal alignment to deliver the right solution. You will also provide actionable market and technical feedback to Product teams to strengthen the platform, roadmap, and competitiveness.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
  • Leads and drives sales execution across pricing strategy, pipeline planning, account planning, and opportunity management; upskills the sales team on product knowledge through training and collateral development
  • Owns and advances client and prospect engagements to uncover pain points, sharpen value propositions, and refine solutions; regularly communicates critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
  • Maintains a strong sales mentality, consistently goal- and quota-driven with clear ownership of outcomes
  • Operates with strong organization in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a dozen projects simultaneously
  • Proactively sources and qualifies new opportunities while shepherding inbound requests through the sales cycle
  • Demonstrates a proactive and hardworking nature with a bias for action
  • Consults with clients to deeply understand current-to-future state needs, leveraging product implementation experience to influence solution design and close strategy
  • Collaborates with other departments across the firm to fulfill potential treasury and banking client needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • Extensive experience leading and influencing outcomes in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to solve complex client problems and drive successful deal outcomes
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management
  • Proven success with strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across a multitude of scenarios
  • Travel required up to 25%

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong technical skills with understanding of multiple system integrations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and Salesforce
