As the Regional Receivables Product Sales Specialist (PSS), based in Mexico City, will drive the commercialization and growth of receivables solutions across Latin America. This role focuses on understanding client needs, analyzing solution usage and volumes, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell the regional value proposition. The PSS will coordinate with stakeholders across coverage, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored receivables solutions, and will actively participate in client engagement through discovery calls and presentations.
Job responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Alignment: Collaborate with Payments Sales, Bankers, and Product teams across Latin America to ensure alignment in client solutions and strategic planning.
- Client Prospecting and Portfolio Mining: Identify and engage potential clients to expand our market share, while mining the existing Payments portfolio for new business development opportunities.
- Portfolio Growth and Management: Manage client attrition, pursue portfolio growth with existing clients, and generate new business opportunities.
- Team Support and Collaboration: Assist team members with client pitches, opportunity analysis, and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage target lists, execute pre-sales activities, and drive deals from inception to closure, including senior management reporting.
- Opportunity Analysis: Leverage internal data to conduct thorough opportunity analysis and measure progress against identified opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Coordinate with Payments Sales, Bankers, and coverage teams for proactive client engagement, and develop tailored solution presentations.
- RFP Coordination: Work closely with Payments sales, product management, and the RFP teams to coordinate responses and make informed pricing decisions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or related) or a related field from a top-tier program; equivalent graduate-level education preferred.
- Strong interest/knowledge in transaction banking, cross-border payments and digital solutions.
- Proven sales experience in Payments or Treasury solutions, with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment (ability to manage stakeholders, drive milestones, manage risks/issues, and deliver under tight deadlines).
- Data analytics and reporting skills. Familiar with AI tools applied to day-to-day activities. Proficient using Microsoft Package.
