Fund Servicing Analyst

As a Fund Servicing Analyst within Alternative Fund Services (AFS), you will be responsible for supporting investor servicing activities across the lifecycle of hedge fund and alternative investment products. You will manage investor onboarding, static data maintenance, transaction processing, investor communications, and operational controls while ensuring exceptional client service, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of investors and related contacts for new fund launches and subsequent investment closings.
- Maintain and update investor records, banking instructions, contact information, static data, and account-level details across operational platforms.
- Process investor requests and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of investor data and documentation.
- Upload, review, and distribute fund notices, investor communications, and reporting to applicable investors and stakeholders.
- Perform end-to-end quality reviews to ensure all updates are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures and controls.
- Partner with global Investor Relations Operations teams and internal stakeholders to support seamless service delivery.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and escalate risks and exceptions in a timely manner.
- Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects, and business enhancement activities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, AML/KYC standards, internal controls, and risk management policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services operations, investor services, client onboarding, or transaction processing environments.
- Experience in Investor Services, Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Client Onboarding, or AML/KYC Operations.
- Strong understanding of investor lifecycle management, static data maintenance, and operational controls.
- Ability to manage high transaction volumes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Fund of Funds, or Alternative Investments.
- Knowledge of Investor Relations Operations, Investor Recordkeeping, Subscription/Redemption Processing, and Fund Administration.
- Experience with platforms such as Investran, Data Exchange, or similar fund administration systems.
- Understanding of AML/KYC, client due diligence, and regulatory requirements associated with investor onboarding.
- Experience participating in operational improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
