• Process, validate, and oversee the accurate booking of derivative and securities transactions in accordance with established procedures and control standards.
• Support the timely and accurate delivery of NAV components to Fund Accounting teams for final client reporting and valuation.
• Manage daily valuation, cash, collateral, and reconciliation activities across derivative portfolios.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, reconciliation exceptions, valuation discrepancies, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with Trade Processing, Reconciliations, Custody, Fund Managers, Client Service, and Technology teams to resolve operational exceptions and improve service delivery.
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries while ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and implement solutions to improve Straight Through Processing (STP) and reduce manual intervention.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen the control environment.

• Ensure all operational risks, control issues, and exceptions are appropriately escalated and remediated.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Derivatives Operations, Fund Accounting, Asset Servicing, Investment Operations, or Capital Markets Operations.
• Strong understanding of Derivatives, Securities Markets, Trade Processing, Valuation, Reconciliations, and Collateral Management.
• Knowledge of OTC Derivatives and related operational workflows.
• Understanding of financial instruments including Equities, Fixed Income Securities, Commodities, Indices, and Derivative Products.
• Experience supporting NAV production, valuation processes, cash management, and fund operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
