Join our International Private Bank Treasury team in Luxembourg and help shape balance sheet, profitability, and capital outcomes across a multi-line-of-business environment. You will work with senior stakeholders across the Private Bank and the broader Asset & Wealth Management organization, bringing clarity, rigor, and partnership to decisions that matter.
As a Treasury Vice President at JPMorganChase within the International Private Bank Treasury team in Luxembourg, you will represent Treasury in key business discussions and connect treasury economics to day-to-day decisions. You will provide independent challenge, deliver senior-ready analysis, and help drive consistent pricing, transfer pricing, and balance sheet optimization across the Luxembourg footprint. You will also collaborate with partners across regions, including Technology, and support regulatory engagement with clear, well-structured materials.
Job responsibilities
- Represent International Private Bank Treasury by linking treasury concepts to private banking business needs and decisions within Luxembourg and across the global Asset & Wealth Management organization
- Provide independent challenge and informed judgment on balance sheet usage, profitability, transfer pricing impacts, and capital considerations in business decision-making
- Support loan and deposit pricing activities, ensuring alignment with profitability objectives, market conditions, and applicable constraints
- Help implement asset-liability and capital management strategies to optimize balance sheet structure and associated metrics for Luxembourg and the broader International Private Bank footprint
- Apply and evolve Funds Transfer Pricing methodologies and practices to connect treasury economics to Private Bank pricing and performance measurement
- Deliver analytical insight and succinct, senior-ready communication on treasury and profitability topics for International Private Bank stakeholders
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions, balancing priorities and ensuring effective, proactive communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory and supervisory topics impacting the Luxembourg balance sheet, including preparation of clear messaging and materials for discussions
- Partner with Technology teams to develop and implement projects that strengthen treasury processes, controls, and reporting capabilities
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Min. nine years of experience in treasury and/or finance within a banking environment
- Demonstrated expertise in loan and deposit pricing and the profitability metrics that underpin pricing and balance sheet decisions
- Strong understanding of bank balance sheets, asset-liability management, and capital management, with the ability to translate concepts into business actions
- Strong knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing concepts and practical application in a banking context
- Proven ability to operate with independence, provide constructive challenge, and communicate credibly with senior stakeholders and regulators
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and present complex topics clearly
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver across concurrent priorities in a global environment
- Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience using Python and/or Tableau to enhance analysis and reporting
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve analysis and automate routine tasks, applying appropriate judgment and controls
- Additional language proficiency beyond English
- Experience partnering with Technology teams to drive project development and implementation in treasury and/or finance functions
