The Program Manager will own end-to-end program management across Brazil-local initiatives supporting JPMorganChase’s investment in C6 Bank and ICB strategic initiatives in the UK and Germany. This is a cross-regional role responsible for planning, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery execution across both streams, ensuring alignment to ICB priorities and appropriate coordination with the Second Line of Defense and other Lines of Business as applicable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and drive from a program management perspective, complex projects on ICB’s roadmap from the early stage of initiation to final implementation and launch.

  • Create, maintain and communicate a detailed and organised project plan that documents delivery milestones, decisions, and risks. This will involve monitoring and tracking the work of Product, engineering teams and operations teams as well as managing required governance.

  • Ensure that projects are delivered according to an agreed scope, on time, and within budget. Develop a reputation for being a trustworthy and reliable program manager.

  • Provide structure and guidance to your projects and be a pragmatic voice of reason within the delivery to ensure focus on key priorities.

  • Facilitate the day-to-day running of projects by organising meetings, preparing and disseminating notes, and holding others accountable for their actions.

  • Build strong and collaborative relationships across different departments, including internal teams (e.g. product and engineering, compliance, operations and investments) and with our external partners.

  • Collaborate with your colleagues to define and continuously improve our project management tools and protocols.

  • Lead and coordinate from a program management perspective, Brazil-local initiatives related to JPMorganChase’s investment in C6 Bank, including delivery planning, co-operation initiatives, marketing initiatives, governance routines, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Drive alignment and impact assessments with Second Line of Defense (e.g., Compliance, Risk, Controls) and engage other Lines of Business when applicable.

  • Identify opportunities and improvements through benchmarking and structured assessments, and lead initiatives arising from contractual agreements with C6 Bank.

  • Assist on program delivery for ICB strategic initiatives in the UK and Germany, ensuring alignment to priorities, timelines, and governance.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Lead and coordinate from a program management perspective, Brazil-local initiatives related to JPMorganChase’s investment in C6 Bank, including delivery planning, governance routines, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Act as a primary program management local liaison between JPMorganChase and C6 Bank, driving end-to-end coordination of joint initiatives, dependencies, risks, and decision-making.

  • Bridge with JPMorganChase internal teams to drive alignment and impact analysis with the Second Line of Defense (e.g., Compliance, Risk, Controls) and other Lines of Business as applicable.

  • Support the identification of opportunities and improvements through benchmarking, and structured assessment of delivery options.

  • Lead and track initiatives and obligations arising from contractual agreements with C6 Bank, ensuring transparency of commitments, governance approvals, and timely execution.

  • Support strategic programs and project delivery for UK/Germany, ensuring alignment to ICB priorities, timelines, and governance expectations.
