As a Solutions Analyst III in Corporate Technology, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills.
Candidate will define product vision, orchestrate stakeholder alignment, translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, and partner closely with engineering to deliver reliable, scalable platforms. Expect to work across AWS-native architectures, modern data stacks, with opportunities to apply AI/LLM-based solutions to accelerate adoption and standardization.
Candidate will also create content for production showcase, status of key product roadmap and user manuals for easy onboarding.
Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
Job responsibilities
- Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into PRDs, epics, and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to OKRs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
- Build and scale customer engagement programs that accelerate adoption of common vocabularies, linked data models, and enterprise data platforms.
- Run discovery, synthesize feedback, and convert insights into actionable roadmaps; measure impact with clear KPIs.
- Orchestrate releases across Engineering, Architecture, Design, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
- Communicate plans, risks, and progress transparently; manage dependencies and incident response for customer-facing services.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
- Proven experience driving complex enterprise transformations (cloud, microservices data modernization) and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Deep familiarity with Agile methods, DevOps/CI/CD, and rapid-cycle delivery; hands-on with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira/Jira Align).
- Strong product thinking: hypothesis-driven decision-making, trade-off framing, and metrics-driven prioritization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business, engineering, and operations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Technical fluency in:
- AI/ML : LLM concepts, RAG, Graph RAG
- Languages/tools: Python, SQL; collaboration tools (Confluence, Slack)
