As a Product Manager in Consumer and community banking, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

    • Define and communicate product vision, target personas, success metrics, and a multi-quarter roadmap for framework/platform capabilities.
    • Own the product backlog end-to-end: intake, discovery, prioritization, epic/PRD writing, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
    • Prioritize investments using quantitative and qualitative inputs (adoption metrics, developer feedback, incident/performance trends, support tickets) and articulate ROI.
    • Align senior stakeholders (Senior Developers, Principal Engineers, Architects, Senior Leadership) and facilitate trade-offs across architecture, risk, timelines, and usability.
    • Translate ambiguous needs into clear, actionable requirements and partner with engineering to deliver iterative value quickly.
    • Drive framework-level NFRs and operating excellence across DR (RTO/RPO, failover, parity, runbooks/testing) and resiliency (timeouts/retries, backpressure, idempotency, graceful degradation, chaos testing).
    • Embed secure-by-default patterns including authN/authZ, secrets management, vulnerability management, and threat-modeling support.
    • Execute AI-aware SDLC and GTM/Developer Experience: model/tool evaluation, governance and quality gates, testing/monitoring and human-in-the-loop controls; plus positioning, rollout, enablement, docs/training, adoption campaigns, feedback loops, templates/golden paths, and scalable support.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proven ability to define and deliver product vision and execute in environments with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Experience defining and driving NFRs for platforms/frameworks: DR, resiliency, security.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across deep technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Experience driving roadmaps for developer platforms/frameworks (platform engineering, shared libraries, service frameworks, golden paths).
  • Proven GTM strategy ownership for platform adoption (launch plans, enablement content, training, internal evangelism, success measurement).
  • Familiarity with observability practices (SLOs/SLIs, tracing/metrics/logging, incident management learnings).
  • Experience supporting AI/ML-enabled products or SDLC practices (evaluation, monitoring, governance, experimentation).
  • Proven delivery of API/schema governance, versioning/deprecation, and CI policy gates.ement
