As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the User Acceptance Testing team, you will support products and feature releases through rigorous testing. You will collaborate across the organization to deliver continious value. The role’s focus on problem-solving, defining vision and strategy, and building roadmaps that impact millions of customers and thousands of employees. • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using advanced scripting/coding; stay current on new tools and techniques.
• Perform API testing with appropriate tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Validate data and workflows using database queries (e.g., SQL).
• Leverage understanding of software architecture, integration points, and version control (e.g., Git) to support reliable automation.
• Apply strong analytical skills to design effective test cases, troubleshoot complex issues, and close test coverage gaps.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams; document/present results and strategies, represent testing at program level, and mentor/oversee junior testers.
