  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics teams including DCE (Design & Customer Experience) on platform development and integration by coordinating working sessions, capturing decisions, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Support marketing data and technology governance activities by maintaining required documentation and helping ensure alignment to compliance and risk management expectations.
  • Prepare clear updates and materials for stakeholder forums to support alignment on priorities, sequencing, and dependencies (Senior Associate-level contributions; escalation as needed).

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting marketing transformation, marketing operations, product delivery, analytics enablement, or consulting/PMO-type roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end delivery (requirements, planning, coordination, testing support, documentation) for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Working knowledge (not necessarily expert/architect level) of data foundations and AI-enabled / automation workflows in a marketing context; ability to translate business process needs into clear requirements and artifacts.
  • Comfort operating in Agile delivery environments (e.g., supporting ceremonies, managing backlogs/action trackers, coordinating UAT).
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to create clear, structured stakeholder updates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Martech platforms and/or marketing automation tooling.
