As a Product Manager in Digital Utilities, you will lead end-to-end platform product management—from strategy and discovery through roadmap execution and adoption—ensuring the platform accelerates time-to-market for teams across Chase while maintaining strong controls, reliability, and performance. You will represent the “customer” across multiple constituencies (API consumers, product teams, engineering, operations, risk partners), translating needs into a cohesive, prioritized plan that drives durability and business value.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an Account Utilities platform supporting Credit Card, Demand Deposit Account, and transaction data domains.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to deliver shared platform capabilities and improve transaction search experiences.
- Serve as the connective point between business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, story development, and scrum ceremonies.
- Monitor and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving resolution and maintaining leadership visibility.
- Partner with product teams to prioritize initiatives, align on strategic objectives, and ensure successful execution of platform enhancements.
- Leverage data, customer insights, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and platform evolution.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience leading complex platform, product, program, or project initiatives within large-scale organizations.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly visible environments with competing priorities.
- Experience developing strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes across multiple domains.
- Working knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces, platform architecture concepts, and technology delivery processes.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, JQL reporting, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Ability to identify risks, remove impediments, and drive decisions through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence tools and data-driven decision-making practices
- Experience working across financial services, payments, banking, credit card, deposit account, or transaction-related platforms
