As a Quant Analytics Manager, within the Finance Product Strategy & Productivity Lead Team, you will impact portfolio effectiveness across Finance Product & Transformation and focus on advancing productivity improvements across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Impact portfolio governance, reporting, communications, and operational cadences to support delivery against business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize productivity improvement opportunities using portfolio analytics, operational metrics, and business insights.
- Partner with product, technology, data, design, and finance leaders to translate insights into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Lead adoption of productivity-enhancing tools, processes, and operating practices through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management efforts.
- Support continuous improvement, organizational maturation, and operational effectiveness across the portfolio.
- Help alignment on cross-product priorities, dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs and develop and enhance operational structures, governance processes, and performance metrics that improve transparency, accountability, and execution.

Prepare executive communications, presentations, and leadership reporting to support decision-making.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, product operations, business management, program management, performance optimization, or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience influencing outcomes across matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to operate within product development lifecycles and Agile environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and communications.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Product Portfolio Operations, business management, strategy, transformation, or management consulting and leading productivity improvement, adoption, or organizational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with portfolio governance, resource planning, operational reporting, and executive communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, DataBricks, or similar analytical tools.
