The IP Supply Chain is a group of a high-performing, process-oriented individuals, and innovative thinkers. You will work closely with the Supply Chain operation teams of Demand & Supply Planning, and Delivery Execution. You will also interface with many Supply Chain customers to understand the needs of their product and understand their roadmaps. As an Industrial Engineer within the IP Supply Chain team, you will help mature and improve the multimillion-dollar supply chain processes and systems using Lean methodologies.
Job responsibilities
- Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope, with a focus on improving the data and systems running at scale, and ensure end to end monitoring of applications;
- Drive the daily activities supporting the standard capacity process applications;
- Consider upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications.
- Take detailed directions from team leaders to analyze data and systems and conduct problem solving

Tackle routine technical tasks and issues such as collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data in test and production
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Baseline knowledge of hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling and resilience performance assessments
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Office package, including proficiency with Excel and Copilot;
- Knowledge of Agentic AI tools
- Ability to articulate technical and non-technical information and understand when to escalate issues
- Basic knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and basic programming languages (e.g., Scripting, Python, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Interest about modern technologies and familiarity with industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Knowledge of Lean methodology is desirable
