This highly visible role requires direct partnership with project stakeholders and senior leadership, including translating complex topics into clear PowerPoint narratives, operating effectively in the gray, and driving alignment across matrixed teams. You will be proactive, detail and results-oriented, and bring strong judgment, leadership presence, and communication skills to accelerate outcomes across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Convert strategic priorities into high-impact programs, including problem scoping, opportunity identification, solution design, delivery planning, and measurable business outcomes
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint materials with clear storylines, meaningful content, and impactful visuals to communicate strategic vision, delivery milestones, risks, tradeoffs, and change management priorities

  • Engage product and technology development teams for all domains using agile methodology for client journeys and persona planning
  • Drive change, consensus and alignment on the target state vision and roadmap, including preparing impact assessments, change management plans and communications
  • Operate effectively in 'in the grey’ or evolving environments by bringing structure, sound judgment, and practical recommendations to issues without clear precedent
  • Apply understanding of innovation in financial services and emerging technologies (e.g. machine learning, Blockchain, robotics process automation) to reimagine the future of the Commercial and Investment Bank
  • Develop strong trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Educated with a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree and seasoned, typically demonstrated by 7+ years of relatable business experience (transformation, program management, strategy, consulting, or operations)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment, with the ability to operate “in the grey”
  • Able to clearly communicate and influence, leading leaders to a common goal
  • Outstanding in relationship management, interpersonal skills, and communication, with the tenacity to resolve issues and conflicts
  • Advanced in PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to create executive-ready materials, build compelling storylines, simplify complex topics, and translate analysis into persuasive narratives
  • Proficient in data analysis, including interpreting information, identifying insights, and using facts to support program execution and leadership decision-making
  • Successful with a track record of setting and achieving challenging goals, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Proven in leading and managing complex programs or projects, delivering results across multiple business units, functions, or stakeholder groups
  • Effective at interacting with colleagues at all levels and achieving goals without direct control over resources

  • MBA-qualified with a relevant advanced degree
  • PMP-certified (or holding other project management certifications)
  • Passionate about learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends
  • Experienced in integrating artificial intelligence or automation solutions to enhance project outcomes, improve decision-making, or streamline workflows
