As a Product Owner and Program Manager within our Corporate Reporting Platforms team, you will spend each day leading initiatives that enhance platform functionality and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle—partnering with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, define business and operational requirements, oversee solution build, manage user testing, coordinate implementation, and provide clear, comprehensive updates to senior management.

Our Corporate Reporting Platforms teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including product ownership and roadmap execution, program and project governance, requirements and process analysis, delivery oversight from build through implementation, testing coordination, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, well-controlled outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support specific workstreams across individual projects and contribute to the development and rollout of the Strategic Operating Model.
  • Partner with sub-working groups to develop key project deliverables (e.g., data analysis to inform operating/organizational decisions, process flows, RACI models, and communications).
  • Help identify, track, and drive remediation of key program risks and issues through to closure.
  • Partner with operational leadership, functional SMEs, and key stakeholders to design and implement the global operating model for Operations (roles/responsibilities, location strategy, control framework).
  • Develop end-to-end change management plans to transition from current state to the target operating model.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, metrics, and risk/issue logs; prepare and periodically present status updates and reports to the broader organization and senior management.
  • Provide project management and business analysis support for adjacent initiatives as needed (e.g., product onboarding).
  • Manage stakeholder communications and senior management reporting via scorecards and regular updates.
  • Provide business and data analysis support for large, cross–line of business initiatives: capture and document requirements and key decisions, manage timelines, track dependencies, and drive action items to completion.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proven experience developing and executing project plans and performing business analysis
  • Experience in operational/process/organizational design and change management activities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; able to synthesize complex information into clear insights to support decision-making
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and accountability
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to partner with key stakeholders to drive the project agenda forward

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Background in Finance, Accounting, or Risk (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
