Job Summary:
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst in our Global Sanctions Operations Transformation Team, you lead projects and initiatives that drive business and operating model change. You partner with Business, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to deliver new product and client implementations end-to-end. You translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, process documentation, and actionable plans that move work from concept through delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects across the full lifecycle from intake through implementation and stabilization
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Coordinate new product and client implementations, including onboarding requirements and readiness activities
- Support business transformation initiatives and operational change programs across sanctions operations
- Drive innovation by contributing to AI/ML strategy development and use-case definition
- Research new initiatives and evaluate impacts to business systems, applications, and processes
- Manage configuration changes and system modifications, including documentation and approvals
- Gather requirements through document analysis, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
- Document end-to-end business processes, use cases, scenarios, and functional needs
- Analyze tasks, workflows, and dependencies to identify gaps, opportunities, and efficiencies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and updates, including senior leadership engagement as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Demonstrate experience managing projects and deliverables across an end-to-end lifecycle
- Apply strong business analysis skills to translate needs into clear, testable requirements
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and project sponsors
- Collaborate across Business, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams
- Organize work across multiple concurrent initiatives with strong prioritization and attention to detail
- Produce high-quality process documentation, use cases, and workflow artifacts
- Execute structured problem-solving to assess impacts, risks, and change implications
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bring experience supporting sanctions, financial crime, or compliance-related operating environments
- Hold project management and/or business analysis certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, CBAP)
- Leverage familiarity with change management methods and control-minded delivery practices
- Use data-driven approaches to evaluate process performance and recommend improvements
- Contribute exposure to AI/ML concepts and the ability to frame practical use cases
- Operate comfortably in high-visibility roles with frequent stakeholder interaction
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities, ambiguous problem statements, and iterative delivery models
