You will operate in a dynamic trading floor environment, partnering closely with internal trading and sales teams to deliver value-added execution services to both electronic and voice-trading clients.

As a Vice President in Futures and Options Execution Sales, you will support the delivery of listed derivatives execution solutions for a diverse institutional client base.
You will contribute to regional product initiatives, help strengthen exchange connectivity and product opportunities, and partner with global peers in a 24/6 execution coverage model.
You will be expected to operate with a strong risk and control mindset and a clear understanding of exchange rules and the local regulatory environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Cover listed derivatives execution clients and deliver value-added execution sales services beyond plain execution for both voice and DMA/ALGO clients
  • Manage day-to-day orderbook activity and support client orders in line with desk protocols
    Partner with internal trading, sales, and product teams to align client needs with platform capabilities and liquidity
  • Coordinate with global execution teams to support delivery of regional priorities within the global coverage model
  • Build and maintain working relationships with exchanges and support identification of product opportunities
  • Identify key risks (market, operational, conduct) and mitigate them proactively through disciplined escalation and controls
  • Apply a high standard of control and comply with exchange rules, regulatory requirements, and firm policies

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience in listed derivatives, including meaningful futures and options exposure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of futures and options products and relevant regulations and exchange rules
  • Demonstrated ability to support product or coverage initiatives and navigate client flows with internal partners
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced trading floor environment with strong partnership skills
  • Strong understanding of regional client protocols and ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience contributing to exchange engagement and regional product development discussions
  • Comfort interacting with senior clients and senior management in a front office setting
  • Ability to communicate concepts clearly in writing and verbally and tailor messages to different audiences
  • Demonstrated creativity in solving problems and improving how work is done
