Vice President, HR Product Delivery Manager (Talent Acquisition)
People & HR, Product
Jersey City, NJ, USA
Join JPMorganChase’s Human Resources Product team supporting Talent Acquisition—with a focus on improving the end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. We build and deliver products and capabilities that help teams hire efficiently, make informed decisions, and create a consistent, high-quality candidate experience at scale.
We’re looking for a Product Delivery Manager to drive predictable, high-quality delivery across the Talent Acquisition product portfolio—connecting strategy to execution, coordinating across teams, managing delivery risks, and supporting go-to-market activities that drive adoption.
As the HR Product Delivery Manager (Talent Acquisition), you will partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (technology, design, data/analytics, controls, operations, and change/communications) to deliver Talent Acquisition products on time and with high quality. You’ll bring strong program/project leadership, a delivery mindset, and the ability to operate in a complex stakeholder environment.
Job responsibilities:
Translate Talent Acquisition product strategy into clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes aligned to business priorities.
Lead delivery ceremonies and routines (kickoffs, planning, execution, issue resolution, status reporting) to ensure scope, timeline, and resourcing are well-managed.
Coordinate across product, engineering, design, data/analytics, and operations teams to drive decisions, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.
Identify delivery, operational, and compliance risks early; define mitigation plans; and manage the team’s delivery governance and control-related work (as applicable).
Build and maintain a stakeholder map; partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiting teams, and technology partners to ensure requirements, priorities, and outcomes remain aligned.
Define and track delivery and product success metrics (e.g., release readiness, adoption, user satisfaction, cycle times, quality indicators) and share insights with senior leadership.
Partner with communications and change management to plan launches, enable users, and drive awareness and adoption across recruiter and hiring manager audiences.
Improve delivery practices, tooling, and operating rhythms to increase efficiency, transparency, and execution quality.
Support capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure critical work is staffed appropriately and delivery commitments are realistic.
Help ensure delivered capabilities translate into measurable improvements in hiring outcomes and user experience.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project/Program Management, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience leading complex initiatives in program/project delivery, within HR, Talent Acquisition, or enterprise platforms.
Strong execution skills: ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and drive clarity through ambiguity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort presenting to senior audiences.
Experience with delivery tooling (e.g., Jira/Jira Align/Confluence or similar) and disciplined delivery methods.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience delivering products that support candidate experience, recruiter workflow, hiring manager tools, interview processes, or recruiting analytics.
Familiarity with change management and adoption planning for enterprise HR capabilities.
Experience partnering with data/analytics teams to define metrics, dashboards, and insights.
Interest in modern automation and AI/LLM-enabled efficiencies within HR or recruiting workflows.
