Key Responsibilities
A) Business Management / Governance (India-specific deliverables)
- Own and coordinate CIB Tech India-specific firmwide deliverables, ensuring end-to-end tracking, deadlines, quality checks, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive governance for building/seating management, including planning, approvals, and coordinated execution with relevant partners.
- Manage governance related to nominations and other GCC activities, ensuring process adherence, documentation, and timely submissions.
- Produce and maintain centralized executive updates for CIB Tech India, consolidating inputs across stakeholders and ensuring consistent narrative, risks, and asks.
- Coordinate and deliver events-related planning and execution items in partnership with aligned Tech BM/COO roles.
- Facilitate leadership team meetings and offsites, including agenda setting, pre-reads, actions/decisions capture, and follow-through.
- Support talent enablement activities as needed (planning, coordination, tracking of actions and milestones).
- Drive executive preparation and materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistently formatted content for senior forums.
- Partner in dashboarding discussions to promote alignment with the global BM lead and connectivity with DPS dashboarding initiatives.
- Support development of a consistent operating view across portfolio health, milestones, delivery risks, resourcing themes, and remediation actions.
C) Operating Rhythm & Stakeholder Management
- Establish a predictable governance cadence for deliverables, executive updates, and portfolio governance forums.
- Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and unclear ownership; drive closure through structured action plans and escalation where needed.

Maintain clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountability across governance touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications - Business Management / COO / Governance within Technology / Similar organizations.
- Strong operating rigor: ability to run governance, track deliverables, and drive actions to closure.
- Excellent executive communication skills: concise status reporting, narrative building, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage ambiguous, cross-cutting deliverables.
- Strong facilitation skills for governance forums and senior stakeholder discussions.

Role Summary This Associate role combines Business Management (BM) / COO-office governance for CIB Tech India. The role will support India-specific firmwide deliverables, ensuring clear ownership, timely delivery, and consistent executive communication. The role will partner closely with functionally aligned Tech leads & other BMs to consolidate centralized executive updates and deliverables across events and building/seating management, while also shaping portfolio governance process and dashboarding to align with the global BM lead. The role will also support leadership effectiveness through facilitating leadership team meetings and offsites, and enabling senior leaders with talent enablement activities and executive preparation/materials.
