As a Payment Lifecycle Manager III within JPMorgan Chase you will be responsible for leading the production, oversight, and continuous enhancement of the firm's USD cash forecasting and funding projection capabilities. You will serve as a critical liaison between Cash Management, TCIO, CIB Treasury and business stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts that support liquidity management, funding decisions, balance sheet optimization, and risk management activities. You will need to combine strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and stakeholder management expertise to deliver a best-in-class forecasting service while driving process improvements, controls enhancement, and strategic transformation initiatives across the projections environment.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate across Cash Asset Management, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Represent Cash Asset Management at senior stakeholder working groups
- Deliver effective communication tailored to stakeholders at all levels
- Own project deliverables from ideation to execution
- Escalate issues effectively to Service leads
- Provide ad-hoc oversight and support for Projections Service
- Provide approval support for FINRA Series 99 requirements
- Influence change through firmwide engagement
- Support operational process optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely and relevant communications
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Treasury, Liquidity Management, Cash Management, Financial Analytics, Funding, Markets Operations, or Forecasting
- Exhibit excellent prioritization, planning, and organizational skills, produce quality and engaging communications materials
- Take responsibility and ownership for issues, ensuring resolution
- Apply operational experience in managing and optimizing processes, experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex financial data and delivering analytical insights.
- Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, funding processes, and balance sheet drivers.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Communicate confidently and adaptably at all levels
- Skilled in identifying errors and inconsistencies during review
- Series 99 - to be acquired within 6 months of starting role
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrate passion for continuous service improvement
- Knowledge of forecasting platforms, BI tools, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Databricks, or related analytics technologies.
- Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Global Cash Forecasting (GCF), funding systems, and Treasury reporting environments.
- Project management or change management experience.
