As a Product Manager in Consumer and community banking, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Drive a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap across advisor and client service job families, aligning sequencing to business priorities, delivery capacity, and stakeholder trade-offs.
- Lead end-to-end discovery and requirements for workflow and desktop experience enhancements, translating research into clear user stories and acceptance criteria through production rollout.
- Partner with Design across the full design lifecycle to deliver intuitive, compliant, operationally durable solutions with strong traceability from problem statement to released capability.
- Collaborate with Technology in an Agile model to manage the backlog, run refinement, support sprint execution, and drive readiness for pilots and broad release.
- Establish delivery governance to proactively manage milestones, dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, resolving issues early to protect outcomes.
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, workflow efficiency, and service outcomes to drive prioritization and continuous improvement; monitor emerging AI and CRM trends and propose responsible applications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Experience in financial services or a closely related field, financial planning, asset management, or digital banking.
- Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (for example, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Lightning Scheduler, or comparable capabilities).
- Experience working in an Agile development framework; JIRA experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage product strategy and roadmap across a large, diverse organization, aligning stakeholders to a coherent set of priorities.
- Proven delivery experience across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities, and dependencies, resulting in successful launches and measurable outcomes.
- Strong prioritization discipline, including comfort making trade-offs and saying “no” when required, with transparent decision-making.

Strong influencing, consensus-building, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, problem-solve with limited oversight, and maintain composure in high-intensity environments.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience delivering advisor, client service, or operations platforms where workflow efficiency, compliance, and service quality are core value drivers.
- Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations with demonstrated effectiveness partnering across regions and time zones, including structured stakeholder management and executive-ready communication.
- Experience supporting product discovery and delivery for CRM capabilities that integrate across channels and downstream systems, with strong attention to operational readiness and control requirements.
- Familiarity with applying AI-enabled capabilities to CRM and servicing workflows, with a focus on responsible use, measurable productivity gains, and improved client outcomes.
