The Client Skills Training & Practice Management Team creates engaging training programs and impactful experiences to empower our AWM Analysts, Global Private Bank Advisors, and Sales Managers. Our programs provide knowledge, skills, behaviors, and insights that strengthen business results.
Job summary:
As a Client Skills Training & Practice Management - Design & Facilitator (AWM Analyst Program) - Vice President on the Client Skills Training Private Bank Design and Practice Management team you will focus exclusively on early careers and will specialize in programs and experiences specific to the Global AWM Analyst and Private Bank Associate population.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Client Skills Programs that directly support AWM Analyst and Private Bank Associate effectiveness in real client situations
- Translate business priorities and Analyst and Advisor best practices into practical, teachable learning experiences, tools, and frameworks used in the field.
- Facilitate high-energy, high-credibility sessions for Analysts and Associates
- Partner with Private Bank leadership, Business Management, and HR to identify skills gaps and design solutions that move performance
- Own programs end-to-end from concept and design through facilitation, iteration, and impact assessment.
- Continuously refine content based on feedback, outcomes, and evolving business needs.

Ability to design learning for scale using digital and AI-enabled modalities, and to partner effectively with Product/Technology teams to bring solutions to life and periodic travel to support programs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years of experience in learning design and facilitation, coaching, consulting, or a client-facing advisory role.
- Strong facilitation presence and executive-ready communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Intellectual curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify, codify, and scale best practices that drive success.
- Proactive, takes initiative, and applies critical thinking to solve problems.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively across groups.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in financial services, ideally wealth management or private banking, or another performance-driven client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design learning that drives observable behavior change in real client situations, not just knowledge transfer.
- Experience influencing and advising senior business leaders and stakeholders to align on priorities and drive adoption.
