Description

Credit Product Delivery (CPD) is a transaction execution team supporting clients of Global Corporate Banking and Trade & Working Capital. CPD partners with Bankers, Trade Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, Operations, Compliance, Tax, and external counsel to support the end-to-end execution of credit and trade finance transactions.

The team is responsible for coordinating documentation review and negotiation, managing closing deliverables and execution controls, facilitating internal approvals, and supporting successful transaction closing and post-closing handoff. CPD plays a critical role in ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and in accordance with firm policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of loans and trade finance transactions from internal approval through closing and post-closing handoff.
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and coordination of transaction documentation, including bilateral and syndicated loans, and core trade products.
  • Support closing activities, including maintenance of closing checklists, collection of required documentation, signature coordination, and tracking of conditions precedent and conditions subsequent.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Bankers, Trade Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Operations, to facilitate transaction execution and timely resolution of open items.
  • Escalate documentation gaps, execution risks, and outstanding items to senior team members, as appropriate.
  • Maintain transaction records, trackers, management reports, and supporting documentation in accordance with firm requirements.
  • Assist with post-closing activities, including outstanding deliverables, document retention, and transaction handoff processes.
  • Support process improvement and standardization initiatives designed to enhance execution efficiency and controls.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong ownership mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Previous internship or professional experience in financial services, trade finance, credit processes, loan operations, transaction management, legal documentation, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with traditional credit products, trade finance, or transaction execution processes.
  • Understanding of transaction documentation, approvals, closing requirements, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Advanced Spanish is a plus.
