As a Senior Product Associate in Money Market Funds within Liquidity & Account Solutions, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Management team to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

  • Assist in writing and defining requirements to support product development

  • Support product strategy execution by contributing to the product vision and near-term strategy across off balance sheet Investment solutions between Payments and Partnership platforms and solutions .

  • Support go-to-market readiness by helping create and maintain marketing materials, training content, user guides, FAQs, onboarding procedures, and internal enablement documentation to optimize product use, options and overall solution adoption.

  • Develop and maintain performance reporting that tracks outcomes such as revenue realization, balances, client adoption, and product/platform usage; automate or streamline reporting where feasible.

  • Define and track product success metrics by helping build the measurement framework and monitoring KPIs such as cost-to-serve, feature adoption, risk posture, controls effectiveness, operational reliability, and client experience outcomes.

  • Execute components of the Liquidity Solutions Off-Balance Sheet product strategy by supporting product offering evolution, platform rationalization efforts, and the articulation of marketing messages/positioning for excess cash and short-term investment solutions.

  • Assist in driving product modernization efforts for core off balance sheet investment products through support of technology transformation, product feature enablement, data enhancement projects and commercialization efforts.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated knowledge of product development methodologies and lifecycle management

  • Experience driving product initiatives through discovery, requirements definition, and execution

  • Growing expertise in data analytics, insights, and data literacy

  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

  • Resourceful self-starter with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • General familiarity with Liquidity products; specific knowledge and/or experience with short-term investment products and/or money market funds would be a plus

  • Experience within a Commercial Bank, Asset Manager and/or Financial technology company interfacing with commercial clients with short-term investments would be a plus

  • Acumen towards general data & analytics management; experience in designing and organizing data for analytical consumption

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  • Bachelors Degree
