Exciting opportunity to join the Trust & Security Product Portfolio team which drives strategy and reporting across the organization – spanning authentication, identity, and preventing fraud and scams at scale.

In the Vice President, Product Portfolio Strategy (Trust & Security) role, you will drive strategic initiatives that strengthen customer trust, reduce risk, and advance secure experiences across digital and non-digital channels. This includes assessing opportunities from a customer experience, delivery feasibility, business case, risk/controls, and industry/competitor perspective and providing clear recommendations to senior management.

You will partner with Product, Technology and business leaders to shape our strategy and product vision, serve as a strategic advisor across the Trust & Security portfolio, and influence key results.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level presentations on Trust & Security strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and impact for senior stakeholders (including C-suite audiences), bringing together our Trust & Security organization of ~700 team members to drive more informed decision-making for leadership
  • Craft compelling, decision-ready strategies by synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs (e.g., adoption data, customer research/focus groups, transaction patterns, stakeholder feedback) into clear data-driven recommendations, while maintaining accuracy and organizational alignment
  • Seamlessly collaborate across Product, Technology, Design/Research, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Risk, Controls, Finance, and Lines of Business to ensure product strategy is feasible, measurable, and appropriately governed
  • Drive program execution through influence, proactively identifying dependencies and roadblocks, escalating risks early, and keeping cross-functional teams on track

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Strategy/Technology Consulting or Banking/Fintech space with prior Product experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Operates as a strong business + product liaison, able to shift context and altitude to translate between strategy, product, and functional partners
  • Strong analytical skills and data-focused approach to inform prioritization, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations
  • Analyzes opportunities & problems, recommend holistic solutions, communicate effectively (both verbal and written), and resolve roadblocks as needed especially with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams to completion under concurrent, rigorous, highly regulated deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced degree (Masters, MBA)
  • Experience in Trust & Security space such as fraud, identity, authentication, credentials, scams/social engineering, or risk signal orchestration platforms.
  • Thought leader who identifies innovation opportunities for customers and operational improvement opportunities for the firm.
  • Experience working with products requiring strong legal, controls, and risk-management focus.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite products (e.g., Jira).
