As a Product Solutions Associate in the Healthcare Payments Partnerships team, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales, partner managers, and coordinate with product teams to support new product development.

The Healthcare Payments Partnerships team manages some of Healthcare Payments largest and most complex clients and we are looking for a Product Solutions Associate to help us grow and scale our Net New and Existing Partnerships across a variety of solutions.

Through embedded integration, they streamline operations, reduce friction, and improve the consumer experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product.

  • Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients

  • Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral

  • Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

  • Manage client partnerships; helping grow, commercialize, and increase market share within your portfolio

  • Develop working knowledge of the EHR and RCM space and apply it in external conversations

  • Deliver a consistent, high-trust experience—setting expectations, communicating next steps, and maintaining professionalism in every interaction

  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation (notes, statuses, outcomes) to support visibility, forecasting, and continuous improvement

  • Use data and feedback to refine outreach effectiveness (messaging, sequencing, objection handling) and recommend process enhancements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products

  • Strong phone, email, and Zoom communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly with operational stakeholders

  • Able to work independently, make sound decisions, and escalate appropriately with strong ownership and critical thinking

  • High attention to detail with a consistent track record of accurate documentation, data entry, and follow-through

  • Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis report

  • High Data Analysis Proficiency and leverage analysis into internal and external facing stories

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in healthcare revenue cycle

  • Experience working in Credit Card Processing, Payment Gateways, Embedded Payments/Banking, or Open Banking.

  • Technical knowledge of APIs and various methods of integration

  • Assist sales teams with related sales functions, including contract support/coordination, presentations, legal coordination, meeting note-taking, and other pre- and post-sales activities as needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
