Job summary

As a Card Acquisitions Strategy Senior Associate, you will support senior leaders by coordinating strategic initiatives, strengthening operating routines, and delivering executive-ready communications. You will manage workstream tracking and governance, synthesize inputs into clear narratives, and ensure leadership meetings translate into decisions and timely follow-through.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop executive presentations, briefing materials, and written communications for senior leadership.
  • Translate complex information into concise narratives, implications, and recommended actions.
  • Structure storylines that communicate performance, opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, synthesize insights, and produce leadership-ready materials.
  • Manage multiple initiatives at once, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Build and maintain project plans, trackers, action logs, and governance routines to support execution.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and drive accountability for key decisions and deliverables.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and escalate with proposed options to resolve them.
  • Capture meeting decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Coordinate recurring business reviews, planning sessions, and leadership routines.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a closely related field.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Experience building executive-ready presentations and written communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables under deadline.
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear takeaways and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience supporting operating routines (e.g., business reviews, planning cadences, governance forums).
  • Experience developing executive narratives from performance data, metrics, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Experience creating presentation storylines and structuring complex content for senior audiences.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience in an internal strategy, chief of staff, or management consulting environment.
