As a Fund servicing associate I in the Fund services team, you will support fund accounting and administration activities by executing fund servicing transactions and helping maintain accurate operational records. You will collaborate with partners across operations and finance to resolve day-to-day questions and support timely processing. You will use sound judgment, active listening, and clear communication to help address stakeholder needs. You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and supporting changes that strengthen efficiency and resiliency.
Job responsibilities:
- Execute routine fund servicing transactions accurately and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.
- Partner with operations and finance stakeholders to support timely processing and resolve day-to-day servicing items.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide updates to stakeholders to support transparency and effective issue tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve current working methods and support implementation of agreed process enhancements.
- Apply active listening and effective questioning techniques to understand requests and help deliver appropriate solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 3 years of experience in fund servicing operations with a focus on fund accounting and administration.
- Demonstrated experience executing operational processes with accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to documented procedures and controls.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships with peers, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience proposing and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational resiliency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to gather requirements and clarify needs through active listening and questioning.
