International Consumer Banking Treasury Manager (all genders)

As a Vice President in International Consumer Banking Treasury, you will support capital, liquidity, and interest rate risk management activities and help deliver high-quality analysis for planning, forecasting, and governance forums. You’ll work with colleagues across Finance, central treasury, Risk, and product partners to maintain models, document assumptions, and coordinate critical regulatory and internal deliverables. You will help ensure materials are accurate, well-controlled, and decision-useful, while improving reporting and automation where possible. This role is within the JPMSE legal entity, reporting to the ICB Treasury Lead.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare clear analysis and supporting materials for business reviews, senior management updates, planning discussions, and governance forums
- Maintain and enhance forecasting and analytical models, including documentation of inputs, assumptions, and controls
- Support automation and ongoing improvement of treasury metrics and dashboards within internal reporting tools
- Develop, validate, and document capital-related assumptions used in planning and stress analysis, including legal entity and enterprise allocation considerations
- Support internal capital and internal liquidity assessment processes, including projections, stress testing execution, scenario analysis, and committee materials
- Coordinate enterprise stress testing and capital planning deliverables across Finance stakeholders, including timelines, inputs, and approvals
- Analyse and support forecasting of risk-weighted assets, including driver analysis, trend monitoring, and variance explanations
- Analyse and support forecasting of internal funding charges (funds transfer pricing) and explain business impacts of methodology or assumption changes
- Contribute to recovery and resolution planning materials by ensuring treasury, capital, liquidity, and business assumptions are complete and well-evidenced
- Partner with product finance teams to align liquidity, funding, and banking book interest rate risk assumptions across quarterly and management forecasts
- Support treasury controls and audit readiness through evidence gathering, process mapping, issue tracking, and disciplined record-keeping
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Finance, Treasury, Risk, capital management, financial planning and analysis, business management, or a related financial services role
- Working knowledge of capital management concepts, including regulatory capital and legal entity capital considerations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and explain drivers of change
- Ability to articulate movements in capital, liquidity, funding, risk-weighted assets, internal funding charges, returns, and broader financial performance
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate, well-documented, and auditable work
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently, escalate appropriately, and deliver reliably under time pressure
- Strong organizational skills, including tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and coordinating across stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for Finance, Treasury, Risk, and business audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial analysis, modeling, and presentation development
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Exposure to internal capital and liquidity assessment processes, enterprise stress testing, capital planning, or recovery and resolution planning
- Understanding of liquidity risk, liquidity stress testing, funding, and balance sheet management concepts
- Knowledge of funds transfer pricing concepts and how internal funding charges affect business performance
- Familiarity with banking book interest rate risk concepts
- Experience supporting governance forums, senior management materials, controls testing, audit requests, or regulatory deliverables
- Experience partnering with central treasury, controllers, risk management, product finance, or line of business finance teams
- Experience with data visualization or automation tools (for example, Alteryx, Tableau, or Python)
