We are seeking a Backend Data Engineer with strong API development experience in Java or Python, with full-stack capabilities as a plus. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Databricks, and Spark, with a solid foundation in data engineering and analytics. A strong data background with the ability to think analytically, design scalable data pipelines, and work with large datasets is essential. Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java or Python.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions leveraging Databricks, Spark, and AWS technologies.
- Analyze large datasets and develop scalable, cloud-based solutions to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies, including Agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in full stack software development using Java or Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, and Apache Spark.
- Strong background in data engineering, analytics, and large-scale data processing.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and scalable application design.
- Exposure to or interest in Agentic AI, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development practices.
