The team works closely with cross-functional partners—including Segment Managers, Analytics, Direct Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance, Tax, and Technology—to ensure seamless campaign execution and compliance with industry standards. As a Marketing Sr. Associate on the Offer Delivery and Fulfillment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective execution and compliance of branch and ATM offers. You will be responsible for innovating and automating workflows, driving process improvements through AI automation, and supporting campaign incident resolution. Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement will help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers and business partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure branch and ATM offer compliance, maintaining alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Innovate and automate branch and ATM offer workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements by leveraging AI automation and data-driven insights.
  • Support the resolution of campaign incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, providing actionable feedback to optimize results.
  • Address branch customer feedback on offers, identifying opportunities for continued customer and banker education to reduce friction points.
  • Manage and maintain tools that support campaign management and offer delivery.
  • Set up marketing offers across multiple lines of business, ensuring flawless execution from acquisition to deepening initiatives.
  • Adhere to departmental control standards and best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Cross-reference marketing collateral to ensure offer set-up aligns with strategic intent.
  • Recommend and implement new standards to promote consistency and effective communication within department operations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer support role, specifically in the Branch or Customer Care environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with frequently changing priorities.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuously improving the customer and banker experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and a desire to constantly learn and be curious.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Evaluate and determine required data to support approved marketing campaigns.
