As a Technology Support Lead at JPMorganChase in Corporate – IT Asset Management team, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. In this role you will use your critical thinking skills while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems. In this role this expertise will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure seamless user experience.
Job responsibilities
- Supports the IT Asset Management & Logistics team through daily leadership, coaching, and operational oversight.
- Serves as the primary liaison for data quality, coordinating efforts across departments to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies while promoting adherence to established standards and processes.
- Monitors global operational performance through daily reporting, ensuring timely data quality resolution and/or escalation.
- Leads data quality automation efforts to increase efficiency and improve data integrity across operational processes.
- Provide operational expertise, guidance, and training to global stakeholders and peers to drive consistency and standardization.
- Oversees the receipt, storage, and disposition of technology assets, ensuring compliance throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Ensures accurate and timely updates to IT Asset Management systems, inventory repositories, workflow tools, and operational databases.
- Maintains compliance with all audit and operational requirements through documented controls and procedures.
- Partners with stakeholders to identify risks, assess operational effectiveness, and implement corrective actions to improve data quality.
- Reviews operational reporting, inventory accuracy, asset lifecycle metrics, and process compliance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expert knowledge of Asset Management and Ticketing Systems.
- Strong knowledge of risk, compliance standards, and operational controls.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management activities.
- Ability to lead and oversee project initiatives from design through handover.
- Skilled in service delivery management within a large-scale and diverse environment, including incident management, escalation procedures, and project delivery disciplines.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and third-party delivered services.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Demonstrate success in managing complex asset management projects and initiatives.
