Requirements
The role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join our Media and Telecom division at Kaltura. The Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering technical initiatives from R&D to production environments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the delivery management of the DevOps.
The day-to-day:
- Lead the delivery of initiatives from R&D to production.
- Serve as the delivery manager for the DevOps and SRE team, overseeing their priorities, backlogs, and routines.
- Work closely with R&D, DevOps, integrators, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Align delivery priorities and backlogs to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels among all stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in delivery management within the technology sector, preferably in a SaaS company.
- In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of R&D, DevOps, and software development processes, including familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
These would also be nice:
- PMP certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a problem-solving mindset to make data-driven decisions.
